Duties and Responsibilities:
* Building up a competence center for Enterprise Application Projects
* Object-oriented analysis, design and software architecture of database-related web applications
* Development of an automated test framework
* Employee management and cooperation in defining development processes
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
* Very good understanding in OOA, OOD and OOP, Design Patterns and UML
* Essential: Excellent knowledge of programming in Java with SWING
* Knowledge of Linux/Solaris and Windows
* Competence of problem solving and power of persuasion, and rapid comprehension and analytical skills
* High commitment, ability to work under pressure, flexibility, discreetness and creativity Process-oriented thinking
* High awareness of quality and personal responsibility
* Reliable, conscientious and loyal
* University degree
* International experience preferable.
Credentials and Experience:
* Not less than 5 years of experience with J2EE technologies (SWING, JSP, EJB, JAAS, Hibernate, etc.)
* Not less than 2 years of management of a development team of more than 7 staff members
* Experience with distributed web servers and application servers is advantageous
* Experience with relational databases (ORACLE/SQL)
* Experience with major projects and international customers, fluent in written and spoken English
* Experience with the development process (Change management, Configuration-Management) in larger Teams
Special Requirements:
* Willing to join at a short notice
* Should have a ready passport and willing to travel Onsite
Experience: 5 – 8 years (Relevant Experience)
